This large three storey house is located on the bank of the Brisbane River, within the suburb of Sinnamon Park. Designed by Phil Darwen, it has the unique feature of the underground carpark/basement area. All floors including the roof are constructed using suspended reinforced concrete.
We were commissioned to complete:
Foundation design
Suspended concrete roof and floor designs
Reinforced block wall and retaining walls designs
Sprayed concrete swimming pool and pond details
Inspections during construction and certification
Construction is well advanced, undertaken by Brad Thompson Homes (Warana). The project is expected to be completed later in 2011.
