"Sentosa" Project

The "Sentosa" Gated Community consisted of 69 allotments located to the west of the Peregian Springs Golf Course, developed and constructed by Peregian Beach Constructions/Evolve Property Group

We were commissioned to complete:

• Site soil testing for each allotment
• Foundation design including retaining walls
• Suspended timber floor designs
• Wall and roof designs
• Sprayed concrete swimming pool design
• Design of gazebos
• Inspections during construction and certification
