Award Winning Residence

This single storey block and clad framed house award winning residence is located within the Brightwater Estate at Mountain Creek. Designed by Reitsma & Associates, it has the unique feature of utilising the triangular shaped allotment to its full potential. The large timber screens at the front, provide a dramatic look from which hides behind a well designed house. 

We were commissioned to complete:

• Foundation design 
• Reinforced block wall designs
• Roof and wall bracing details
• Inspections during construction and certification

Constructed by PRL Homes (Paul Phipps), it is another example of Reitsma's architectural vision.
