Executive Residence

This two storey steel and clad framed house is located on the bank of Lake Kawana, within the Decks subdivision. Designed by Reitsma & Associates, it has the unique feature of flat roofs supported on steel portal frames that wrap around the front of the house.

We were commissioned to complete:

• Foundation design 
• Suspended timber floor designs
• Reinforced block wall designs
• Roof and wall bracing details
• Inspections during construction and certification

Constructed by Sentura Constructions (Bundilla), it is a true reflection of a Reitsma project.
