Commercial building located on the corner of Horton Parade, Maroochydore, is the current home of Telstra Business and the Red Cross Blood Bank.

Our involvement consisted of:

• Site soil testing
• Foundation design including sprayed concrete basement walls
• Suspended concrete floor design
• Structural steel wall and roof designs
• Minor civil works - pavement designs etc
• Inspection during construction and certification
